Simple Pancake Recipe.

Ingredients:

125g plain flour
2 large eggs
300ml milk
Pinch of salt
Butter or oil for frying

Instructions:

Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and make a well in the center.
Crack the eggs into the well and gradually whisk them into the flour.
Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously to form a smooth batter.
Add a pinch of salt and whisk until well combined.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan, tilting it gently to spread the batter evenly.
Cook the pancake for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
Use a spatula to flip the pancake and cook the other side for another minute or until golden brown.
Transfer the pancake to a plate and keep warm while you cook the remaining batter, adding more butter or oil to the pan as needed.
